This is an imitation of a star-strewn sky made on the ceiling of a car interior. There are lots of sources of light above driver’s and passengers’ heads. There are a few options of car roof star lights:
- one colour “star lights” with constant and adjustable brightness;
- “star lights” of several colours with constant or adjustable brightness, with variable or constant colour grading;
- the same “star lights” with additional effects prints on the ceiling, color illumination of certain zones and others;

Car roof stars. How it’s made.
It requires a few elements:
- Optical part includes base fiber optic and super bright LEDs (monochrome or RGB);
- Electronic part includes microcontrollers and controls displayed on the dashboard or a separate console.
The base of “star lights” are finer optics installed on the ceiling. Optic fiber are led to the led matrix. The light through the fiber is directed from the LEDs to the ceiling lining and creates the imitation of starry sky. “Star lights” are usually installed in such a way that they are invisible when the system is off. You can use the remote control to change color, brightness and other feature of “star lights”.
